Anita is a member of Uganda Law Society and the East Africa Law Society. She works in the Tax Department as a Senior Tax Associate at RKA & Company and as in-house counsel. She is an experienced Advocate with over 5 years’ experience; she is a corporate and commercial lawyer, a tax practitioner that handles all tax dispute cases at ADR, Tax appeals tribunal and Higher courts of Law. She handles all winding up and insolvency processes and is also in charge of all legal and corporate secretarial work at RKA. Before joining RKA, Anita practiced Law with Kafeero & Co. Advocates and Kiyonga.B.Asasira & Co. Advocates and also worked in the prosecution department of an NGO named Natural Resources Conservation Network.
