Robert is the Lead Partner of RKA & Company and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). He is also a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda with membership number FM1636. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Accounting (Upper Second Class), and a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from Makerere University, Kampala. He also has a Higher Diploma in Marketing from Makerere University Business School and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda. Robert has been Engagement and Lead Partner for a number of professional assignments done by RKA & Company over the years. He is also currently the Executive Director of FINCA Uganda and was the Chief Executive Officer of Quality Chemicals after having worked as the Chief Finance Officer with the same organisation. Robert worked as Financial Controller with Uganda Finance Trust Ltd (Currently Finance Trust Bank) before working as Head of Finance and Administration with the same organisation. He has a number of years of practical experience in the private and public sector after having worked as a Senior Lecturer and Researcher at Makerere University Business School and Audit Manager with Ssejjaaka, Kaawaase and Co. Certified Public Accountants as well. He started off his career as a banker with Centenary Bank before joining MUBS as an Assistant Lecturer. Robert has attended and presented at various workshops, seminars, conferences and Trainings. Robert did an Advanced Leadership Course at the prestigious Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvanian and a Coaching and mentorship Programme with Creative Métier of the United Kingdom in partnership with Women’s World Banking. He has been involved in auditing, accounting and consultancy work with very organizations for over 18 years.

Silajji is the Managing Partner of RKA & Company and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) as well as an active member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda. Silajji is a seasoned Professional Tax advisor and a Certified and chartered Public Accountant with over 24 years’ experience in Commercial, Investment advice, Corporate and personal taxation, transfer pricing, compliance management, Tax planning, risk management, audit, compliance management in various sectors including Manufacturing, construction, Financial services, agriculture, Energy, Telecommunication, Government and Public. Silajji holds a Masters of Science in Management (UMI) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Tax and Revenue Administration (URA). Silajji also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from Makerere University. Silajji has attended a number of Trainings including; Fired up Excellent leadership (FUEL, Oil and Gas Accounting and Management, International Taxation, Project Management, Risk Analysis and Compliance Program Development by IMF East-Africa and is a Certified assessor for Tax Administration Diagnostic Assessment Tool (TADAT). He has participated in offering technical assistance on Revenue administration improvement in collaboration with TADAT secretariat under IMF to the Nigerian Government – Kanu State Internal Revenue Services (2019) as a team leader and The Gambian Government – Gambia Revenue Authority (20.18) as a team member. Before becoming one of the Partners of RKA and Company, Silajji worked as Assistant Commissioner Compliance large taxpayers’ Office at Uganda Revenue Authority where he registered a number of achievements as a senior management leader, provided leadership Silajji was also Assistant Commissioner Compliance Management Domestic Taxes Department and Manager Medium Taxpayers’ office (MTO) with the same organization. Silajji was a Project Member for the Domestic Taxes (DT) Modernization of URA as a business expert that delivered Domestic Taxes automation, 2005 to 2009 and was a Tax Administrator in various positions between 1996 and 2005. Silajji is also a Board member on various organizations and was a Technical committee Member for ICPAU under Planning and Development Committee of ICPAU.

Emmanuel is one of the business Associates at RKA & Company He is also the Tax manager in charge of all Tax related matters at RKA & Company He holds a Bachelor in Applied accounting from Oxford Brookes University (United Kingdom) and is an ACCA Affiliate. Emmanuel worked with Kreg Associates Certified public Accountants as a Tax manager from 2008-2010 and has been involved in a lot Consultancy and Accounting work since then. In the year 2011, He was contracted by GIZ Uganda to audit its SACCO’s in Western Uganda i.e. Masaka, Kabwohe and Buhweju. He is very competent at Auditing and Taxation issues with many years of experience and possesses various skills necessary for these assignments.

Isa is one of the Audit Managers at RKA & Company and he is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants as well as the Institute of Certified Accountants of Uganda. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics & Economics (Upper Second) of Makerere University. Isa also worked as a Head of Treasury after serving as Management accountant at Finance Trust Bank. While at Finance Trust, he was engaged in several finance & accounting roles, managed external audits and participated in coordinating & managing funding arrangements.

Kaye Christopher is one of the Audit managers and the Head for ICT services at RKA & Company. He holds a Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Sikkim Manipal University of India and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from Makerere University Kampala. He is also an ACCA Affiliate, with an Advanced Diploma in Business and Accounting from ACCA and a Bachelor of Science with Education Degree (BSc.Ed) from Makerere University. Before joining RKA & Company he was an Audit Manager at Team and Company Certified Public Accountants. He started out as an Audit Assistant and rose to the level of Audit supervisor before being promoted to the level of a Manager. He has been involved in auditing, accounting and consultancy work with very many organisations for over six years. Christopher is also a Director and Systems Analyst at Tech Biz Solutions limited (formerly Tech-Tronic Bureau). He has served in this capacity for the last nine years. Christopher has worked as a teacher as well as a Lecturer at the International School of Business and Technology (ISBAT), Zenith Business College (ZBC) and College for Professional Development (CPD).

Bongole Yutiko Lutaaya; Is a Tax Senior with RKA and company. He is a professionally trained TAX administrator with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Computing from Makerere University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Taxation from Uganda Revenue Authority. He has thorough understanding of customer service and programmatic monitoring and evaluation from working in industry leading organisations. Yutiko worked as a Supervisor- Compliance Management with URA as well as Station Head- URA Mukono. He has worked as a Tax Consultant and Auditor with many many organisations.

Anita Atwine; Is Audit Senior with RKA and Company. She is an Affiliate of ICPAU and holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Finance from Kyambogo University. Before RKA and Company she worked with MGI HEM and THAKKAR Associates as Auditor and CARR Stanyer SIMS & Company as Audit Assistant. Anita has been in charge of several Audit and Assurance engagements and has led Audit teams for various assignments.
